I'm Ahmed. For the last 12 years I've done one thing: build pipeline for B2B businesses across the Gulf and MENA. 100+ clients. $10M+ in ad spend I've personally managed. More than 500,000 qualified leads generated. An 18.25x ROAS year for Absher Business in 2024. Every campaign, every funnel, every dollar, traced back to a close rate or to dead weight.

I didn't start there. I started the way everyone does, optimizing for the wrong metric. CPL going down, close rate staying flat. Impressions up, revenue sideways. I watched real money go into reports full of "awareness" and "reach" while founders I liked quietly ran out of runway.

Here is what I learned the hard way. Marketing activity is not pipeline. Creative is not a strategy. A media buyer without an offer is an expensive click farm. A copywriter without a funnel is a poet. A funnel without a CRM is a leaky bucket. And an agency that splits these roles across three people who never talk to each other is a business model, not a solution.
